I like myself when no one is watching way more than the public version. Unfortunately, the world around is a pressure to do more bad things than good things during the times we live, where immorality has become cool. And when we do good things in public, the envy of others sometimes makes us feel worse. So I have learned to love the good things I do in secret, and to keep them between me and God. There's a sweetness in that, that cannot be compared to any wordly feeling.
