Couldn't agree more, and I would also add that you create the opportunities for envy. Not everyone is going to be happy for your growth, especially if they are not growing themselves. But if they have no idea what you are up to, they are blissfully happy thinking that they are doing the same or even better than you. And I would much rather have around happy people than envious people.
